Go Offline When Working: When you write, you should try getting offline when you can, as this will take away many of the distractions that can contribute to writer’s block. Writing requires sustained concentration, and things like Twitter, Skype, email and Facebook can make it extremely hard to focus on getting your work done. If you’re disconnected from the internet for a while, you won’t have all these diversions to interrupt you. Doing this will allow you to focus better than ever before, and give you more room to think of creative ideas and write better. So when it’s time to write, devote all of your attention to this task, and go back online when you’re finished.
